Styling Consultation
Whilst our priority is your vision and eye health, we also want you to look and feel great in your new frames. Here at SSO, we will give you as much time and guidance as you need to make the best choices for you.
When your eye test is complete (or you may be bringing your own prescription from a recent eye test with us, or elsewhere), we will begin by discussing a few things – starting with lens options for your prescription, whether it be for single vision (distance or reading) or progressive (Varifocal) lenses. We will discuss additional lens options such as coatings and maybe photosensitive (Transitions) lenses.
We will talk about what you want and need from your lenses. What are your hobbies and interests, and how can enhanced/improved vision support your lifestyle? You might even be looking for a primary pair and an additional pair.
Then we will think about your new frames. What aspects of your personality do you want to be seen through your choice of glasses? Do you want something similar to your usual, or do you fancy trying something new and different? Do you want to be bold and really make a statement?
We will provide you with choices of frames to try on and then narrow down your selection from our wide and varied range. Whether you’re brand-driven or maybe you are looking for your favourite colour combination or style, shape or material, we have something to suit all characters, ages and tastes.
This consultation is included in the cost of your eye examination, or free of charge if you are bringing your own prescription.
